Getting into the hotel you will be transported back to the 15th century, at the time when the monument was built and managed by the Franciscan brethren.
In 1946, it has been turned into a flour grinder and shelters nowadays a museum dedicated to this grinder.
The careful conservation of the place rehabilitated and preserved the spiritual and traditional atmosphere of the convent lived up with all the modern convenience.
The old garden has been turned into a pleasant open space where the hotel guests can have a seat and read surrounded by olive trees or have a swim in the swimming pool.
