How to arrive

Hotel Tiziano is situated in a very interesting part of Venice, not yet discovered by the crowds of tourists but still home of the Venetians. Close by there is one of the most ancient churches of Venice, the San Nicolo' dei Mendicoli, dating back to the 7th century. In the area there are plenty of bars and restaurants and shops of different kinds, included those traditional shops which have nearly disappeared from the historical centre. San Marco is about 20 minutes away by public boat. The closest boat stops are Santa Marta or San Basilio. Piazzale Roma with its car parks and boat or bus terminals is just 10 minutes? walking distance. From Piazzale Roma or the train station Santa Marta boat stop is the closest and boat lines 41, 51, 62 stop there. Boat line 82 stops at San Basilio.
