One of the buildings of the residence is totally renovated, its apartments are called Luxury. All apartments come with a fully-equipped kitchen area (4-ring electric hotplate, refrigerator, microwave oven or mini-oven, dishwasher and electric coffee-maker), a bathroom with toilet (separate in the 2/3-room apartments for 6/7 persons), private safe (subject to fees), direct dial telephone (subject to fees), TV (subject to fees), an ironing set, individually adjustable heating, and a furnished terrace or balcony.
During the day guests can take advantage of the facilities of the sport and fitness centre, including the gym (free of charge), hot tub, hammam, and sauna.
