Positive: The location is nice, but not too exciting. There is a vendor machine night shop just a few corners away, which got me a beer before going to bed at 1 am. The bed was comfortable, but not enough sockets nearby. A power distributpr would have solved the issue. Internet was lagging on the second floor. The bathroom was small, but tidy. Both receptionists I met were friendly and helpful.
Negative: My idea was to stay here, as this hotel is on the U6 line, and the exhibition I visited was also on the U6, even though 10 stops away. Unfortunately, there has been a major renovation going on and I did not know about it. So getting home late night after a tiring day became a bit of an adventure, including a 10 minutes' walk by some railway tracks. So, if you have plans with the U6, make sure it runs the whole length already. I didn't like that the cleaning person opened the door on me twice in the morning. I forgave them because they let me stay 15 minutes extra time :-) With its bright white lights and colorful walls (my room had pink ones) this hotel had an oriental ambience.
Positive: Good location, clean apartment and great breakfast.
Negative: I was hoping to have at least a small fridge and a kettle in the hotel room.
Positive: As advertised. Clean with many towels and sheets. Amazing breakfast with many protein options. Excellent value for money!!
Positive: Everything was on point.
Positive: That they fix the toilet door even i did not report it being broken. Like the candy at the counter too
Negative: they don’t give tips to travelers
Positive: You take less than 15 min to the Central Station.
Positive: The staff was excellent and very welcoming. I much liked the configuration of the room (226). The entire hotel was very tidy. Breakfast was very tasty and we'll varied. The price was very reasonable. I would very much recommend.
Positive: Breakfast was OK and reasonably priced.
Negative: My friend and I were sneezing and coughing in our shared room but not outside the room, so I assume the room was the problem. There appeared to be some mold above the shower so I assume this was the cause. Elevator was broken during most of our 2 week stay.
Positive: Rivoli was a great stay. The location is right by the Ubahn, Sbahn, and bus, and most of all, the staff was extremely helpful. I happened to get sick from something bad I ate, and one staff member especially, Michael, went above and beyond helping me with tea, how to get to the pharmacy, answering my calls with questions on how to extend my stay another night when I couldn't get home.
Negative: The elevator was broken, but I realize there was nothing that could be done about that.
Positive: Staff friendliness; general cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel. Great location 2 minutes to Harras station with both S- and U-Bahn. Good size rooms, including bathroom.
Positive: Long story short: despite a single room missing any accurate pictures on the booking.com, it is in fact a double bed room with backyard facing windows. So it is both comfortable and quiet. What I enjoyed a lot. Also I liked breakfast, it has a good variety of food. For example there was red lightly salted fish.
Positive: the hotel is in good location near metro line and s ban. the staff was very friendly and helpful
