Negative: Restaurant was closed so ate at bar area which wasn't really set up for dining. They could set it up better for dining, especially when the restaurant is closed. Should've gone into town but it was pouring outside.

Positive: Nice location next to a park, across the street from the old castle/fort . The hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was good. Easy walk in distance to town and sea. A good value.

Positive: Nice hotel, great location. Walking distance to city center and bars and restaurants. Good WiFi. Decent buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.
Negative: Though not the hotel's fault, Google Maps had a hard time actually finding the exact location. Limted parking in their parking lot.

Positive: staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English. It is close to the seawalk, and the Old Town which we were there to see. We had a fine meal in town, there are a number of well appointed restaurants. The front desk assisted with reservations and taxi. Room was a good size and clean. They have a small bar and lounge area which was comfortable. They have parking on site; a real bonus for me as we had rented an SUV (asked for a small car, whole nother story) and needed room to park. Narrow streets and even narrower parking spots are the rule, unlike USA. So, the parking spot was much appreciated.

Negative: the air con had broken a week before our arrival but the property failed to inform us. when we arrived they said it would be fixed the next day then when we asked the next day we were told not until the following week!
