Positive: I liked the staff there’s a women who’s name is justyna and she was the nicest staff every
Positive: I like the most staff behavior they so friendly
Positive: The staff was very helpful. We were coming in late from Ukraine and weren't going to arrive until after the 11pm office closure. The staff made special arrangements to accommodate us, for which we were extremely grateful. They also let us hang out there all day after we checked out waiting for our ride. For which we were grateful since it was raining.
Negative: There wasn't anything we disliked or didn't expect. We got exactly what we were expecting: bare bones hostel, clean sheets, safe secure, plenty of bathrooms, working locks. This is not a youth hostel with a lot of socializing or even places to socialize. The beds were similar to all the other beds we slept on in Germany and Ukraine: very hard by US standards. The kitchen doesn't get unlocked until 11am and closes at 11pm. But this is exactly what we expected given the affordable price
