Pension "Villa Mata" does NOT accept payment via credit cards. Customers pay by cash the day of their arrival the whole ammount of their stay. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
You can cancel the reservation without penalty fee until 20 days before check in date
"Villa Mata" is a family run, traditionally built pension, located at the edge of the picturesque Port of Ios and only 50m from the sandy Yialos beach and 800m from the main village of Ios.Fully renovated in 2005, the complex is consisting of two separate buildings and is surrounded by a beautiful garden where our guests can relax at the wooden hammock and enjoy their evenings with a BBQ at a wood burning oven or prepare their meal to the communal kitchen provided.In "Villa Mata" pension every single room combines traditional Aegean architecture and modern facilities.
