Superbly situated right in the heart of Dublin's city centre, just a short walk from Temple Bar and excellent shopping, while far enough from the nightlife to ensure a good night's sleep! Opposite the hotel runs Dublin's new high-tech tram link, providing excellent transport around the city!
Positive: Well located. Old hotel but clean and very comfortable.
Positive: Location Breakfast
Positive: Very centrally located, easy to get to any area or restaurant you'd want via walking. Taxi services were easy to get to and from hotel/airport.
Negative: Lots of noise from the surrounding area, but that's to be expected for central location
Positive: Could not figure out heating/cooling unit..
Positive: I loved the beautiful and opulent fixtures in the dining room, bar, and reception area. The location was perfect for catching transportation for the tours we booked and for walking to see the Book of Kells. The staff also accommodated our request for an early breakfast prior to leaving for an all day tour that left at 7 a.m.
Negative: The lack of a ramp for entering or exiting the hotel with luggage.
Positive: Perfect location! Great breakfast, bed comfortable. A little older hotel, we had a twin room so room was very small and view was alley. But as you’re not spending the day in room it was just fine. I would recommend staying here but get larger room.
Positive: Breakfast was very good and location was excellentk
Negative: Nothìng 9

Positive: Location is central to getting around. Facility has charm, reminding me of old time leisure travel. The staff were all knowledgeable and ready to assist in whatever capacity they could. The breakfast was not to be missed, lots of choices for everyone.
Negative: No down side for us.
Positive: Location couldn't be better. Breakfast included was also great.
Negative: You can't take your key room with you, you must leave it at the reception.
Positive: This was my first time actually staying at Wynn’s Hotel, even though I’ve popped in countless times over the years to meet friends and colleagues. I’ve stayed in many hotels around Dublin, but I was genuinely really impressed by just how good this place is. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptional—welcoming and professional. A special mention to David, the bar manager, who was not only incredibly friendly but clearly runs a tight ship with real professionalism. We dined at the hotel and the food was excellent, well presented, and served with care. My room was spotlessly clean and warm. But the standout for me was breakfast. I was greeted and shown to my table by a gentleman who clearly had years of experience—you could tell by his poise and attention to detail. He poured the orange juice, took my order, arranged coffee for the table—it honestly felt like a masterclass in Silver Service, something you rarely see these days. The breakfast itself? Piping hot, fresh, and absolutely spot-on. I truly couldn’t recommend Wynn’s Hotel more. It exceeded every expectation, and I’ll definitely be returning.
Negative: Theres nothing I didnt like about the hotel.
Positive: Nice staff and breakfast, perfect location
Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very nicely redone!! Great shower pressure.
Negative: The mattresses were very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Can’t do much about the size of the rooms, but too cramped.
Positive: Old world feel
Negative: Parking is a mess, staff were adequate, building was cool but very dated, room was average at best
Positive: Wonderful place to stay. Very convenient access to the city. Great friendly staff. Very good breakfast included.
Positive: Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Nice hotel in a traditional style.
Negative: We missed space in the bathroom to lay out our toiletries.
Positive: Beautiful classic hotel, wonderfully welcoming staff both for reception/doorman and in the breakfast room. Location is terrific, just steps away from O’Connell street and walkable to everything downtown.
Negative: No thermostat, just a switch on the wall to turn a little heater on; it was chilly the first day, and pretty toasty by our third day - there didn’t seem to be a way to regulate it.
