Room 9 is situated in the annexe on the first floor, just to the side of the House and has views of the Teign estuary from the room and balcony
Room 11 is situated in the annexe on the first floor and has a partial view of the sea from the room and balcony

Room 12 is situated in the annexe on the first floor and although it has a balcony, the room does not look out onto the ocean, so there is no sea view
