Ibersol Spa Aqquaria Apartment

Positive: The appartment itself - when we got there finally.

Negative: Nobody at the recepetion - recepcion esta cerrada en invierno. We arrived and had to drive 2 km to another place to get the keys. (If you don't have a car a pleasant walk with your luggage through empty Salou!) In winter they close down the reception. You have to leave the deposit at another place. Nobody explains you how to open the garage, find the appartment etc. A hassle. The appartment itself is nice. The girl on the reception of the other apparment block told us they switch off sauna etc. in winter. We didn't check it out ourselves, it took so long already to get the keys etc. Without a GPS or a map of Salou you're lost and will never get your keys... They should close down the whole place in winter if they can't afford reception staff. The pick up the keys at another place two kilometres away from the appartment.
