The hotel is centrally located next to the Burgtor, in the direct vicinity of the historic city centre.Lübeck attractions like the medieval Town Hall and Museum Holsentor are within 2 km.
Positive: I'd asked for a quiet room. The first one they gave had a big hum from the neighbouring ventilator shaft, so they quickly and politely changed me. I had a fantastic night's sleep, so quiet! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. The location is perfect for touring the old centre, and not too far from the train station.
Negative: Nothing. It was a great stay.

Negative: Many things are broken, Kaffeemaschine, minibar Kühlschrank, Badetuchtrocken , airconditional …., We had no Bademäntel and had asked the reception, still did not give to us . The room was very dirty , especially the ground ….. the most unpleasant thing was that we had complained to the staff when we checked out , she just said ok I know . That is it ! 😒

Negative: Swimming pool is a joke. They should make it clear that it is a kid's pool. The hotel is way overrated. Breakfast buffet had very limited and food was cold. Very limited choice. Our room was not dusted properly and a cleaning clothe was left on the table..
Positive: We've stayed 2 times to this hotel and it's the perfect stay in Lubeck for us. The hotel is easy to reach by car, the garage parking might be a little narrow and sometimes full, but it offers a good parking. The room was comfy and spacious and extremely clean. We like that is dog-friendly and has a breakfast buffet included.

Negative: Air conditioning didn’t work, noisy neighbors kept slamming their door. I asked to be moved and the new room was equally as stifling. Food menu at the bar was maybe 5 items reheated.

Negative: Would have liked to have heard that the pool and sauna was closed during our stay :-(
