Positive: Location is good, a short walk or Grab ride from the Old Quarter. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Room was called "Superior". But this is apparently the worst of the rooms. It had no window. The staff were excellent and helped us to upgrade to a Deluxe room. Laundry was expensive.
