This is a two building complex with 16- and 23-storey buildings situated a few metres from Levante Beach in Calpe, close to the pedestrian promenade. It has a car park and garage (local charge applies and parking spaces are limited).
All apartments are equipped with a kitchen at the entrance to and joined together with the lounge. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and fridge. Each apartment has a complete bathroom, most have a frontal and/or lateral view terrace, plus two single beds or double-bed bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Two bedroom apartments have also a second room and a separate kitchen. Security boxes are available to rent in reception.

The apartments are situated a few metres from Levante Beach in Calpe, close to the pedestrian promenade. They are approximately 1 km from the access road to the Calpe Rock 'Peñón de Ifach' and about 500 metres from the town centre.
