Positive: The staff were incredibly accommodating and couldn't be more helpful! A nice touch with a personalised welcome letter too! The location is unbelievably beautiful. Truly incredible views from anywhere at the hotel. Especially from our room balcony! (They even provided binoculars!)
Negative: Nothing during our stay resulted in a complaint.
Positive: The stay was nice, the location was great too. Super scenic and nice restaurants that were walkable.
Negative: Had trouble connecting to their wifi. We only stayed here one night, so we went without wifi during our stay here. They should make it a bit simpler for international visitors like us

Positive: The view from our balcony captured the beauty of the alpine lake as well as the quaint meadows that held cows with their tinkling bells around their necks.
Positive: Beautiful views from all sides...Wonderful breakfast each morning. Rooms had all essentials and were clean and comfortable.
Negative: Location on top of the hill was breathtaking, and the funicular was a great help to get down to Kriens Unfortunately it being closed at 5:30 made it difficult to get back to the hotel if you left for dinner.
Positive: The hotel location is exceptional. The hotel receptionist is kind. Overall, my family loved our stay in the hotel.
