One old flour factory of year 1827 totally reformed to offer to the visitor all the comforts of a modern hotel. Rooms, of a cosy and modern style, have each one a small hall and views to the natural surroundings of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes. Some rooms, taking advantage of the height this historical building, were made in form of duplex with ample terraces.
The familiar atmosphere is completed with a restaurant, specialized in native and traditional plates, combining them with innovating creations, delicious desserts of own elaboration and a large selection of wines. This establishment is the suitable place for any person who like the wild and original landscapes and to do activities in the heat of nature, is calm or exciting, without having to forget the well-being and the comforts, equally necessary for a perfect rest.
Breakfast is offered every morning. Lunch and dinner may be selected from the à la carte menu. Furthermore, special dietary requirements as well as individual specific dishes can be prepared. Guests are able to book either half-board or full board stays.
The comfortable and tastefully fitted rooms all come with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with fridge, and centrally regulated air-conditioning and heating. In addition, a number of rooms have been built in maisonette style and feature both a small salon and a spacious terrace.

How to arrive
From Málaga: the A-7 railcar in Almería direction is followed until the exit `University-Cártama´, take the road Campanillas direction. Follow the highway until arriving at the town of Ardales. In the crossing you will see in your right the deflection towards `Embalses´. This colorful highway will directly take you to `the Chorro´, where the hotel is located, well visible upon a hill.
From Seville: the deflection is taken in La Roda de Andalucía (A-92) towards Campillas. Once in Campillas continue in direction Ronda/Ardales. After few kilometers you will find in your left the deflection `Embalses´. Follow the direction `El Chorro´.
From Granada and Cordoba: arriving at Antequera the indications are followed Campillas. After that, continue the same indications as Sevilla.
From Málaga take the A7 motorway in direction Almería. Exit the motorway at Universidad Cártama and continue in the direction of Campillos. This attractive road leads directly to El Chorro, where the hotel can be found on a hillside. If coming from Sevilla, turn off at the Ronda de Andalucía (A92) roundabout in the direction of Campillos. From Granda and Córdoba drive to Antequera and then in the direction of Campillos.
