Positive: My flight was late but they check in me in at 11:00 pm in hotel. All their facilities were very good 👍.
Positive: Room with a strong smoke smell, got headache because of that. Some people hanging and chitchatting right outside our window in early morning.

Positive: Staff were very attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond. They made sure we knew how to get around to different towns/cities and even drove us to the correct bus stop.
