The residence is Croatia's finest holiday club for families. In the Acquapura Spa Center Borik (over 2,500 m²), there is a unique water and adventure world for all guests to enjoy. Children enjoy a separate swimming area, and the poolside snack bar offers light snacks and refreshments. Sun loungers and parasols have been laid out on the sun terrace ready for use, and guests may take advantage of the aqua fit and aerobics sessions. In addition, they may learn from a professional (for a fee) at the water sports centre at the beach. Boats (pedal boats and kayaks) are available for hire, and a wide range of courses is also on offer, including catamaran sailing and windsurfing. Other service providers offer waterskiing, banana boat trips and parasailing (for a fee). The hotel's own tennis courts can be used at certain times free of charge for the whole family to enjoy sport and leisure (flat-soled tennis shoes must be worn on the courts). Additional sport activities offered include the gym, as well as badminton, table tennis and beach volleyball facilities. Those looking to relax may take a dip in the hot tub, head into the sauna or steam room or pamper themselves with massage and spa treatments. Sun loungers and parasols may be hired on the nearby beach.

This holiday residence is located in the middle of the resort of Borik, close to picturesque Zadar (roughly 3 km away). It is nestled in a large park with pine woods. The club is right next to a 1.7-km-long bay with a bathing beach. Access to public transport is just some 400 m from the club, and the bus and train stations are around 4 km away. Zadar Airport is located some 10 km away.
