Housed in a splendid, fully restored Art Nouveau villa, the Atlanta Augustus hotel enjoys a central position on Venice's charming residential island, Lido. The hotel is only a five minute walk from the beach and the world-famous Venice casino, and just 10 minutes from St. Marks Square, which is easily accessible 24 hours a day by public water bus. The breakfast room is on the ground floor on the left of the bar and in the same style with yellow table clothes and big colourful paintings on the walls.
White, 4-storey building in liberty architectural style, surrounded by a small garden with plenty of flowers and plants. There are tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny weather or to benefit from the evening breeze from the sea.
Rooms vary in size and are tastefully decorated in modern style. They are luminous and comfortable, well equipped and in good condition. Bathrooms also are in very good condition.
On the hotel's private beach, guests are able to use the sun loungers and parasols. Guests may also take advantage of the solarium.

8 kms to the nearest airport (marco polo international airport)
Hotel is placed in a quiet residential area, close to all the amenities, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the Lido pier from which there are 10 more minutes to San Marco square. A small typical Venetian canal allows water taxi access just at the entrance of the hotel.
