Positive: Excellent location
Positive: This property looks like it may have just been renovated, it’s beautiful. A/c was a nice touch. Its not too far from things and it’s also not real close. Nice to have a more quiet area if that’s what you’re looking for.
Negative: The construction across the street. Parking was hard to find if you have a rental.
Positive: It’s not a new hotel but it’s been refurbished very nicely. I had a sea facing room and the view was amazing. The pool area is dated but comfy sun loungers and the pool was 2.5 meters deep which you don’t find much these days. Breakfast is excellent though the logistics are tight! Had a pedicure at the spa for my dinosaur feet and they did an amazing job. I stayed at 2 better hotels in Ibiza and this was better value for money! Staff have obviously all been there a while so they are all very friendly and helpful. Thanks again to the spa for my treatment.

Positive: Very friendly staff, ready to help with tips on local places any time; quiet area as location in Talamanca next to the walking path Cap Martinet and some nice restaurants - and Pacha club; room sea view with waves sound; cava and fruits, also fresh vegetables on breakfast makes it worth it taking
Negative: Not comfortable beds and pillows and no soundproof

Positive: Awesome hotel, amazing views, nice vibes, very bright and cozy atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and courteous, breakfast was good, especially the omlettes. They also helped us arranging rental cars right at the hotel.

Positive: The property was so good and staff were really helpful and even more than willing to help.
Negative: Well I didn’t like the fact that they don’t serve water at dinner, something as basic as water should be at least in the buffet package. We had to buy water all the time we had lunch or dinner

Positive: Breakfast and dinner were great (the best orange juice I had in a hotel!). Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. In overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again. Also, you can find parking easily near the hotel.
Positive: The hotel staff closes the breakfast at 11am sharp, with no tolerance for extra few minutes if needed by the client to serve themselves. While they see you serving yourself on a plate at 11:01am, they don't hesitate to take away the plate or the one next to it - so long as 11am is on the clock. Many customers found that very rude, cheap and little accomodating. Same thing for the staff at the reception, who were very "cold" and functionning like robots, with no smile or sympathy with customers.
