The Dolphin outdoor restaurant with views over Loh Bagao Bay serves breakfast and à la carte eastern and western delights at lunchtime. The open-air Coconut Pub is a classic pub located on the beach that offers all of guests' favourite tipples until late into the night. Guests may also come to the pub for the nightly Happy Hour. The Center Bar offers an assortment of international coffee, fresh tropical shakes juices and smoothies as well as all other alcoholic beverages, different ice cream flavours and freshly prepared coconut juice from the on-site plantation. Pool service is available at the swimming pool and all types of refreshments, snacks and beverages may be ordered at the Beach Bar to enjoy whilst soaking up the sun on the private beach.

Hotel transfer to and from Phuket is via the hotel's custom-made speed boat on a regular daily schedule. Speedboat transfer to and from Phuket is available for guests' convenience, and is both comfortable and less time-consuming than the ferry. This transfer service is only operated during high season (1st November - 30th April).
The traditional Thai-style bungalows are individually built, mostly from wood, and afford luxurious interiors with traditional fabrics and settings. Providing a comfortable feeling of being at one with nature, each of the 42.8 m² bungalows features a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a separate private pavilion of 17.28 m², luxurious interior fittings such as satellite TV, a fridge with 2 complimentary bottles of water per day, a coffee machine, hot and cold water systems, and a terrace with parasols where it is possible to kick back and relax.
