The breakfast room is served in the roof top restaurant (the Crystal Room), with superb panoramic views south to Kent and north to the London Eye and Central London. The hotel also has a bar, the Queens, which serves snacks and light meals from 12 noon until 8:30 pm.
It is a magnificent Victorian building with a white facade. The building was recently extended and now features a newer wing.

35 kms to the airport (london heathrow airport)
From Heathrow Underground: Take the Piccadilly Line (Eastbound) to South Kensington Underground Station. Change and take the Circle Line or the District Line (Eastbound, Platform 2) to London Victoria.
From Victoria Station: Take the train to 'Crystal Palace' rail station. The hotel is at 10 minutes walking distance or 4 minutes by taxi from the station.
From Gatwick Airport: Take the Gatwick Express and go to Clapham Junction. This takes about 20 minutes. From there, take the Train towards to Crystal Palace Train Station. The hotel is at 10 minutes walking distance or 4 minutes by taxi from the station.
The number 3 bus and further public transport offer direct access to the city centre. There are direct connections from Heathrow and Gatwick airports as well as from Victoria/Clapham Junction station to Crystal Palace.
