A total of 171 rooms and suites are available within the air-conditioned Mexican colonial-style hotel. Guests have access to the hotel's wonderful terrace and gardens and amongst the in-house facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cloakroom, a currency exchange facility and lifts in addition to the Café de la Plaza. It is possible to make free local calls and there are function/ meeting rooms to make use of. WLAN Internet access is available, and there is a car hire service as well as room and laundry services to take advantage of. Further amenities include a tobacconist, childcare, covered car parking and, on request, additional beds for infants (in the guestrooms). The hotel affords wheelchair access.
From the airport take the road Miguel Aleman south, and arrive in the Avenida Constitucion heading west all right, continues to move up across the city, it takes Avenida San Jeronimo after arriving at the bridge.
Breakfast may be selected from an ample buffet; the evening meal may be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu. It is possible to book a bed and breakfast only stay.
