Negative: It is located in an industrial zone so there are no shops or restaurants around. Under the rooms are various metal shops so it might be noisy during the day
Positive: A simply furnished but clean (and very new-looking) room with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. Very good value and good accessibility, only 5 min drive from the highway (for a stop en-route). Late arrival (after midnight) was no problem and the owner left us a key in a key-locker.
Negative: We didn't see any reception desk and or anyone to talk to. No breakfast option. The location is a bit strange, in the middle of a business park surrounded by warehouses and scrapyards.
