Positive: Made breakfast selections the day before and everything was fresh and delicious.

Positive: The hosts were great. The room and balcony was very nice. Bathroom showe had lots of hot water and good pressure.
Negative: This place is very high up on the side of the hill/mountain. It is a VERY STEEP WALK to and from the city center (see pics). If you have a car...Great place. If you are on foot (as we were) then I suggest a place closer to the centrum. The website says "10 minute" to city center. True. I would say a very difficult 20 minutes back from the city center.
Positive: Lovely house not too far from the centre of Berchtesgaden, nice room, quiet, with beautiful view on the mountains. Good restaurant almost next door (Kronprinz), centre about 15' walk downhill. Good breakfast, helpfull owners
