From the Orlando Area, locate and join Interstate I.4 heading West towards Tampa. Exit from Interstate I.4 at junction 9 and join Interstate I.75 north signposted to Ocala. Drive for 18 miles, exit at junction 279, signposted to State Road 54. Stay in the left lane of the exit slip road and turn left at the lights onto State Road 54, keep on State Road 54, passing over the junction with U.S. Highway 41, continue on for a further 47 km until you reach the junction with U.S. Highway 19. Turn right onto Highway 19, heading North, drive for 5 km. Turn right onto Gulf Drive (There is a CVS Pharmacy on the right corner as you turn right). Take the first left onto River Road, the Gulf Center is the first building on the right. Journey time from Orlando approximately 2.5 hours.
The 3-bedroom homes are suitable for up to 6 guests. All accommodation comes with centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, cable TV and a telephone. They are furnished with a sofa, a love seat and tables and chairs in the dining area. The master bedrooms have a king-size or queen-size bed with an adjoining bathroom and shower. Additional rooms have either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds, with at least one shared bathroom and shower. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine, an ironing set and a clothes dryer are also provided.
