There are a total of 86 apartments and 29 studios on offer to guests and facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and a cloakroom. Further facilities include a café, a small supermarket, a snack bar on the terrace, a bicycle hire service and a playground.

The apartment complex is located in Playa de las Américas, just 17 km from Sur Reine Sofía airport in the south of Tenerife. The beach in Torviscas is a mere 5 minutes drive away and a water park is to be found in the near vicinity.
