Positive: My breakfast was great. I had lots of delicious fresh fruit, eggs and toast. There were lots of other choices and coffee, juices and milk.

Positive: The location was very good for our needs. It is not far from restaurants and the main sites of town
Negative: It was expensive compared to other hotels in Portugal and breakfast was extra, which we opted not to have and should have been included given the cost of the stay. Asked for quiet rooms and only 1 was.
Positive: Loved the location. The bus from the train station stopped right in front of the hotel.
Negative: The street was noisy and the room too warm to keep the windows shut. The low shower pan meant water was all over the floor.

Negative: Access with luggage is difficult as there are no hotel parking spaces and the space in front of the hotel is a taxi rank. Free or low cost parking is across the river with a 10-15 minute walk back to the hotel and in the rain it seemed longer!

Positive: The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
Negative: The hotel advertises that it offers parking, but in reality, there are no spaces available. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and in the end, I had to park in a private lot far away. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t even have a designated area for unloading luggage or safely dropping off passengers. This should be clearly communicated in advance.
Positive: Great location near the main plaza, very comfortable beds. Hotel is clean and modern and the staff is very friendly and helpful. As in many hotels, I wish there was a night light for the bathroom. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay there again.
