We come here from Gran Canaira with our dogs, this is the first time we have been self catering and not all inclusive!
Positive: We like to come here every year, this time our only contact was with Carla on reception, she was fabulous! We want to come again next year but housekeeping needs to improve as does service at the bar, a smile goes a long way! We both run a apartment complex in GC. So killing a person with kindness will go along way. Make a person / family holiday a memorable that they return in the future! This was our 5th time at Origo Marr, we have always gone All inclusive previously, but the choice of food and poor service (particularly from the restaurant supervisors/managers made us choose self catering this time, which was great for us! We had little contact with resort staff apart from check in and then having to ask for toilet paper, clean tea towels on day 4 of a 5 day stay!
Negative: No housekeeping in 5 days! Bar staff need to smile and make there holiday guest more welcoming!
