Negative: The breakfast and dinner teams were a little slow, even though it is a small restaurant. The decor was too zen/minimalist from what I expected from Bulgari. I wanted to see more opulence and luxury! The hostess uniforms could have been more upscale as well. They were wearing jeans with a strange jacquard coat on top.
