Since Zermatt is a car-free town, one of the few in Switzerland, guests arriving by car cannot drive right up to the hotel. However, guests may leave their vehicle in Täsch, where several parking garages and parking lots are available. From there, you can choose between taking the train, or a taxi from Täsch to the Simi Hotel in Zermatt.

This is a traditional chalet style building, typical of most of the hotels in this town and other ski resorts.
The rooms are large and vary slightly in shape, depending on their location in the building. Some have sloping roofs with wooden beams, others balconies, but all are in very good condition and have typical Swiss-style furniture carved from different types of wood. The bathrooms are all in good condition.

200 kms to the airport (cointrin international airport)
This hotel is centrally yet quietly located at the heart of Zermatt. Countless shops and entertainment venues as well as many cable car and train stations lie within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The Alpine Museum is worth a visit and is to be found close to the hotel.
