Positive: Cleanliness, towel changes, and all daily
Negative: The room was nice but I would’ve enjoyed the stay more if construction hadn’t been occurring, but I understand they’re renovating.
Positive: Quiet, maybe too quiet. Very hot shower and water pressure that was above standard. When you work outside all day it was nice to have a good hot shower and not warm like most places.
Positive: The only reason it was not exceptional across the board was the construction. The construction hours were as described though so overall it was still good.
Positive: Location - near the lake, in the countryside and close to Grafenwoehr; Breakfasts - delicious; Staff - super friendly.
Negative: Some dusts in all the area by the constructions; Sound isolation in the room is not so good, so often I can hear the barking dogs in other rooms.

Negative: The bed sheets were very scratchy and rough. Breakfast was okay, but not special.
Positive: Very nice location by a nice lake with walking trails in the forest. On site restaurant was a plus. Very reasonable price.
Negative: The facilities were a bit limited, example no lift to the second floor makes it hard to get luggage up to rooms. Also could have used a mini fridge and coffee maker in room since the restaurant had limited hours.
