This fully air-conditioned complex is suitable for families and couples seeking spaciousness and freedom, and comprises a total of 222 accommodation units, of which 36 are suites, 18 are disability-friendly rooms, and 186 are apartments, spread in the gardens. Guests are greeted at the 24-hour reception where a hotel safe and currency exchange facility are also available. Further facilities include a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, and both a kids' club and a playground for younger visitors. Culinary and entertainment options include a cafe, bar, restaurant, a games room, and a TV lounge. In addition, a public Internet connection, a laundry service, and a launderette facility are also available. It is moreover possible to hire and store bicycles, and there is parking for those arriving by car.
Guests may serve themselves from the buffets at breakfast and dinner. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may also choose to select dishes from the à la carte menu, and there is also a set menu at dinner. Special dietary requirements may be catered for. It is also possible to book a half-board stay.
From Heraklion airport, take the road in the direction of Aghios Nikolaos. Once there, turn left towards Elounda, and the hotel can be found after approximately 2 km (on the right-hand side of the road).
All accommodation units enjoy similar facilities, including an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, either a terrace or balcony, and a kitchenette with a fridge and coffee machine. The standard apartments have an area of about 40 m² and are suitable for between two and four persons, while the larger superior apartments, about 60 m² in size, have a capacity of two to six persons. The apartments each offer a bedroom with twin beds and a separate lounge with two to four extra folding beds. The seafront suites additionally include a kettle, two sun loungers on the terrace, and bathrobes and a scales in the bathroom. Being directly beside the sea, they also offer panoramic views over Mirabello Bay.
The hotel grounds feature a pool area with a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Water sports include banana boating, water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, pedal boating, motor boating, diving and sailing (charges apply in all cases). It is also possible to try tennis, table tennis, cycling and mountain biking, basketball, volleyball, billiards, and bocce. In addition, a regular entertainment programme, also for children, provides for extra varied amusement.

It is situated directly beside the beach between the villages of Elounda (5 km) and Aghios Nikolaos (about 3.5 km), where guests will find countless shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. A frequent bus service connects both villages. Guests will reach Heraklion airport from here in approximately 65 km.
