Renovated in 2002, the hotel consists of a main building and an annexe, each with 4 floors, and a total of 94 rooms (including 12 suites), and a terrace. The lobby offers a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a lift and currency exchange desk. Furthermore, the family friendly hotel includes a café, a hairdressing salon and restaurant. In addition, guests have the opportunity to take advantage of the room and laundry services and there is also a doctor on call.

How to arrive
This hotel is situated in the centre and traditional zone of Puerto Vallarta. It is about two streets from the beach of Los Camarones and five streets from the coastal road of Malecón. In the hotel's vicinity lie plenty of restaurants. The sea can be reached in about 400 m, whilst Rio Cuale museum and the tourist centre are 1 km away. Puerto Vallerta airport lies approximately 10 km away and Mismaloya is 15 km from the hotel. The hotel town of Nuevo Vallarta is located approximately 20 km away.
