Positive: Location was good
Negative: Overpriced very basic
Positive: Clean, had A/C, good size bathroom. Plenty of power plugs. Friendly staff.
Negative: Street noise level is high even late at night. Would have preferred a room away from the street.

Positive: Cramped space, hard beds, extremely hard pillows, picture show for room at booking was not the room provided. Amenities listed at booking were not available and when inquired for we were refused.

Negative: Not as advertised, the bathroom was in the hallway. The room was in the basement and was very musty. There was only a 1x 2 window that was frosted to let in little natural light.
Positive: Bed was relatively comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Staff was friendly.
Negative: A working cable TV would have been nice. The wifi was usually quite poor. Occasionally it worked okay.

Positive: The self-service kitchen had everything and was quite nice for making ourselves breakfast. The tube station is a 5min walk and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel so that's quite convenient.
Negative: We had a room for 4 people (with 2 double beds) but it felt like a double room that they added an extra double bed in (i.e. it was quite small). The street can be quite loud at night as there's a fire department station nearby.

Negative: Photos are different from reality. Very bad condition of the rooms.
Positive: Staff was really helpful and welcoming. They made sure that our stay was comfortable and that we knew all the details that we need to know about navigating London. The location was really good as well close to subway and all the venues.
Positive: The location was very good, close to metro station, and staff let us change rooms since it was too small.
Negative: The rooms were small, but we were aware of that looking at the previous reviews. There were no shelves in the bathroom. The shower was small and uncomfortable to use. The bathroom door was broken, and the towels were dirty.
