Renovated in 2005, this hotel has a total of 195 rooms spread over 2 floors, including 4 suites and 2 wheelchair accessible rooms. The hotel also offers an excellent service as well as peaceful and inviting surroundings. Guests are welcomed in an air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, and a cloakroom. A café, shops, a hairdresser, Madame Gorbo Lobby bar with live music, El Jaguar nightclub, a tavern, an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for kids, a dining room, a conference room, Internet access, WLAN access point and a bicycle cellar are also to be found within the hotel. Younger guests can let off steam in the hotel play area. It is possible to take advantage of the laundry services, the medical assistance or the launderette. This city hotel enjoys an ideal location in the north of the city, on avenida Universidad. This connects Laredo motorway in the north with the city centre in the south, the motorway to Saltillo and Mexico City in the west as well as the motorway to the international airport Mariano Escobedo. Nearby (some 200 m away) there are plenty of diverse restaurants and bars. Shops and nightclubs are approximately 1 km from the hotel. In addition, Monterrey airport is around 1 km from the hotel. Furthermore, the art museum is around a 5 minute drive away and the glass factory is just slightly further.
