Positive: location nice to be back in the woods quiet and so close to beach house was comfortable for myself, wife and 2 children
Negative: I’m not rating in higher because is lots of extra construction refuse laying around, the pool (is as advertised) but wasn’t usable, water was cloudy even after cleaning out leaves that fall (that’s understandable given location) outdoor seating around fire pit is in very poor shape
