Peak Season (20 December to 5 January): A cancellation fee equivalent to full booking will be charged for each room cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival. High Season(1 July to 30 September): A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival. The hotel applies a 10% service surcharge that is not included in the price.

The restaurant is towering by coconut pillars and a traditional thatched roof with open air style. Offers Balinese cuisine as well as International dishes.

The 56 rooms and villas are housed in 14 two storey blocks, design to resemble a Balinese village. Deluxe rooms are on the ground floor feature individual garden terraces and a back courtyard with an open air bathroom and shower. The Superior rooms are on the upper floor feature private balcony. The Ayung river villas offer a spacious walk around deck and perched over the valley with spectacular views of the Ayung river. The Graden villas provide a private tropical garden and an outside bath surrounded by a lotus pond.
