Negative: not given room I booked. TV smashed up. Very very dirty. Mould in bathroom.

Positive: Close to old city, clean and recently renovated, friendly staff, excellent heater (room was comfortably warm when we arrived), large separated shower area, balcony. Room 102. Great price value. We walked from the bus station which was not too bad. Room had a hot water kettle but no fridge (we stored fruits on the balcony because it was cold outside).
Negative: Earplugs needed to sleep later because church bells across the street start chiming at 6 am.

Positive: Inside the center of Prizren easy access to every major point which you would like to see. After midnight it was very comfortable to reach the hotel on foot in minutes. Very very comfortable bed with a nice view of the holy part of the city where the aura is quite high.

Positive: Fabulous rooftop, lovely decor, super friendly and helpful staff, and very convenient location near Shatërvan square.
Negative: While the internet is mostly ok, it was definitely not up to video calls. If the temperature is going to be over 30C, request a lower floor as the central cooling doesn't really reach the top (3rd). Also, the church across the street is overzealous with its bells - bring earplugs!
