Positive: 2 star hotel. We stayed one night for which we paid €260, we went to dinner and for an evening walk and when we returned we had no water to shower and the toilet could not be used either
Negative: At 1:30 at night, the reception calls me to move the room, having a 6-year-old child who was sleeping, 4-star hotel without water in the fridge and without a brush to clean the toilet??? The alarm on the 42nd floor went off all night

Negative: property was very tired. food in restaurants was terrible. we ate most meals off properly despite breakfast being included

Positive: we stayed for one week, tallest building in Spain and upgraded to top floor, views are breathtaking. we had half board and really liked our breakfast and dinners. freshly prepared everyday.
Negative: I think everything was good and I saw comments before traveling and was very skeptical about it but after the stay I can say that it was quite good experience.
