Positive: The apartement was located on the 1st floor. Parking space was easy to find on the street near to the house. The apartement was big enough and had all the utensiles for our 3 day stay. Late check-in was allowed.
Negative: Streets, like most of the Tenerife were very steep, thus parking could be a challange for unskilled drivers. The bed was not the most comfortable one. The washing machine thore our clothes, several holes were on some of our shirts after the laundry.
Positive: The apartment is very nice, clean, and has all we needed for our stay. Host sent us all the required information to enter the apartment, and we entered without any problems. He responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful. The neighborhood is calm, and there is no noise around.
Negative: Location is not pedestrian-friendly, and it is advisable to have a car for faster and more flexible movement around. The bus station is very near the home but the bus goes once per hour (line 2).
