- For cancellations up to 1 day before arrival, no penalties are applied. - For no-shows or cancellations made less than 1 day of arrival a penalty of 1 night in BB basis is applicable. For PEAK Season (1st to 21th August 2011) bookings, any cancellation received outside release period, or no-show, will be charged the full amount of stay.
