Negative: In need of updating, with several facilities out of action or not working. - pool closed. - air conditioning not working. - noisy
Positive: The view and cleaners
Negative: Where do I start, we came away for a family trip for my daughters birthday, we are all over 38 apart from my daughter so not here to party all week etc, took in the sights and some sun on the first day.went out for food and a few social drinks with the family. My daughter went home about twenty minutes before us and in that time our hotel and view of Benidorm changed!! She was sat by the door taking her make up off and saw a light under her door, she thought it was the night porter checking the corridors but when she looked it was right under the door, my daughter videoed this and then her boyfriend opened the door and the porter picked something off the floor (phone) and ran off, at this time we rang them to let us in the door because it was locked with a sign to say be back in ten minutes…we had waited at least 10 minutes until they came down and they were followed by the porter!!! At this point we questioned why he had done this by the door and to show us his phone, he picked up his phone and opened the photos (which was weird in its self because why open that we didn’t ask him to, anyway to be honest we didn’t know if this was a ploy to see if people were in the room or if it was more of a sexual thing however at this point we rang the police because his behavior was not normal!!! At this point my husband and sister in law went to see if he had another phone and stashed it somewhere in the hotel as his other phone hadn’t been used from 2020. He said he didn’t speak English however when they spoke about it he followed them, which then ended up in him going to collect his other phone and once spotted he ran to the fire exit and disposed of the phone!! We spent hours looking around the hotel for this phone but we believe that either he knew a hiding place or he threw it and went back for it later on the roof of the reception.
Positive: The staff in the restaurant. Great customer service. High quality food and plentiful. Great views from the room.
Negative: Room was quite small, but the views were fantastic.
Positive: Excellent location with fantastic view +10. Great price. Nice food. Room service every day.
Negative: Staff could be more speak english. Is no balcony in rooms.
