Negative: The only thing that I have missed was a nice warm wellness area. Sauna did not work and water in the pool was a bit too cold.

Negative: No room service. The staff is poorly trained and borderline rude. Impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants within the hotel as a guest… basically can’t even it in my own f—-king hotel that I was paying $500/night.
