We stayed as a family of four for one night and had a wonderful stay. We took advantage of the express passes and location to the parks; it is perfect for that!
The hotel is clean and well equipped with a great heated pool which our children enjoyed.
Staff were helpful throughout and the hotel theme is pleasant.
We have stayed at a few hotels this is one of the behest but we did prefer Animal Kingdom Lodge and Hard Rock hotel ahead of this one.
Positive: Location location location! Express pass included in the hotel Food choice but you need to book ahead at busy times. Friendly and attentive staff
Negative: Could be cleaner guests had just left things lying around and not as clean as the Disney hotels we have stayed in. More for older children as no pool slide
