The hotel consists of twelve accommodation blocks and a main reception area with restaurant annex. The complex of houses is surrounded by a garden, the ?pineta?, typical in this area of Tuscany.
Park Hotel California, built in a typical Sixties style and skilfully refurbished, is surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub which is specific to the coast of Tuscany. Open all year, it is the ideal place for cultural trips, for business or total relaxation.
The main body includes the Reception, the Bar, the Breakfast room, the Restaurant and the TV lounge, while its 73 bedrooms and the meeting room are housed in separated areas of the surrounding park, which are exclusively used by the guests, including the 25x12-metre outdoor swimming-pool fitted with umbrellas, deck-chairs and beach mattresses.
The rooms are medium in size, simple in furnishings, with neutral decor for walls. The rooms are mostly carpeted. Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, TV, direct dial phone, and mini-bar. Bathrooms are in fair condition, most rooms are with shower.
