Our whole time in Venice was amazing. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Elena was very helpful when I had concerns over my original room allocation and the room she moved us too was very much more of the standard we were expecting. Slept like logs but that may have been in part due to the many, many miles we walked

Positive: The roof terrace for sundowners, the river view terrace was a the perfect location for breakfast and the breakfast selection and quality spot on.
