Positive: Great location, excellent breakfast
Positive: Great decor, good location, and the bathroom was modern and sleek.
Negative: The bathroom shower was clogged, so it flooded. Which meant we had to shower with our feet submerged in water. Also when we arrived we left our luggage with the front desk who told us they’d put it in storage. We arrived 4 hours later and our bags were still out in the open in the lobby. The included breakfast also wasn’t very tasty.
Positive: Room is basic, comfortable and clean. Coffee was good. The hotel is close to metro and tramway, which is very convenient. The area is safe as well.
Negative: Breakfast options were not so diverse.Front desk staff could be more friendly. The hotel does not have its own parking, the parking suggested by the hotel seemed suspicious.
Positive: The location of the hotel is very good. Several restaurants nearby, as are public transport stops. It's also not that long walk to, for example, Parco Sempione (20 mins). The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Negative: The (window?) renovation going on at the hotel caused some noise. The AC at the room was working or not, depending on who adjusted it. The room itself was good size but had too many furniture, so it was a bit crowded.
Positive: Clean, nice staff, not bad location, breakfast included.
Negative: It was not comfortable staying with a baby stroller because there are only stairs on the entrance, and the elevators were too narrow. The room was smaller than expected. They have private parking, but never found a free space, so parked the car on the paid public parking
Positive: Nice hotel, decent bathroom and shower, nice staff and quite close to Milan station
Negative: It was over hot…. No aircon working yet - I assume centrally switched off until full summer but it was over 26 deg inside and couldn’t keep window open due to outside noise
Positive: wasn't able to work out how to control room temp
Positive: Location is perfect, nice staff, design is interesting
Negative: The bathroom was terrible with a stench, expanding into the room.
Positive: The hotel is really great value for your money. The location is not far from the center so you can easily walk everywhere. Train station to Bergamo and Lake Como is quite close as well. Great option for a short vacation in Milan and near spots.
Negative: Nothing really. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is not that nice but when you walk 10 minutes, you are suddenly at a much nicer place.
Positive: I stay in this hotel each time when I come to Milano. Perfect as usual

Positive: I staid in hotel Mozart for the second time. I like the location as it is quiet and nice area with metro/tram nearby. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Positive: a worker in the breakfast buffet behaved as if we were enemies, not as customers! The same was also the chief of duty one old man! my opinion is that if you go to this hotel, go directly to the room, but don't take it with brekfast!
