Tax Information
As per Qatar Tourism regulations, guests staying at the property from 1st Nov 2022 to 23rd Jan 2023 are only attending World Cup. Any other booking (including those for transit) will not be allowed and will be cancelled. Qatar government has also established that all travelers must send their personal and match ticket information to the hotel immediately after making the hotel reservation. The following conditions will apply to all bookings during this period. All guests staying at the property from Nov 1, 2022, to Jan 23 2023, regardless of when the tournament starts/finishes, are required to submit directly to the hotel, within 24hrs after the booking is made: Passport copy and registration details, including full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, email address, passport number, Passport issuing country/authority, passport type. Match ticket number (Ticket Application Number) Travellers must also upload their personal and match ticket information in the Hayya platform (https://hayya.qatar2022.qa/) to obtain their Hayya Card, which will act as an entry permit to Qatar for international travellers. The Qatar government deems all bookings made without the processing of this data by the hotel, a football match ticket and a validated Hayya application as invalid. The traveller must send the information listed above within 24 hours of making the booking ? failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled by the hotel: There will be 2 process to send the information to the hotels: a) Hilton Hotels: All details above will have to be sent within 24hrs after the booking is made via a secure link that will be provided in the contract remarks. If the information is not received by the hotel within 24hrs, the hotel might cancel your booking with no option to refund. b) All Hotels (except Hilton): All details above are sent within 24hrs after the booking is made to the hotel email address that will be provided in the contract remarks. If the information is not received by the hotel within 24hrs, the hotel may cancel your booking with no option to refund.
