Positive: This Riad is perfectly located just outside the Medina. A great location actually. It is beautiful, the staff excellent, and a wonderful breakfast every morning!

Negative: I find the price a little high for the accomodation.
Positive: It was very comfortable room. Very relaxing. All staff were wonderful. Good location. Great food. Terrace is Exotic feel and other worldly relaxing. They helped us with a guide and travel ideas for Morocco. They helped arrange taxi. They are terrific people and treated us like family.

Positive: Loved the staff! Every single one of them were so endearing and helpful. When we left, it was like leaving a new family behind. The proximity to visit everywhere we wanted was also excellent.
Negative: Maybe we should not have visited when it was 48⁰C but the staff helped us to be comfortable.
Positive: It was a great location. We parked at the mosque around the corner for two nights without worrying about our rental. The hotel is located right outside the Medina. Our room was a great size and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are lots of restaurants nearby too. The hotel has a great bar to get a nightcap and also a restaurant but we didn't eat there (only there two nights). Would recommend staying here, the staff is great and extremely helpful.
Negative: I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The only thing I could think of would be getting the water temperature comfortable in the shower. We could get it at the right temperature but a few seconds later it would get extremely hot again and needed to be readjusted. But it wasn't an end all and can be overlooked for all the positives here.

Positive: If you plan in staying at medina, then Riyad wow is a good choice. It is a small boutique hotel just a few minute walk from Jemaa alfnaa . It’s easy to reach by taxi. The staff are super friendly. I would like to give a special thanks to Mohammed at the reception. He was helpful and extremely nice and welcoming. We were there during the earthquake , and other than a broken base, everything was ok.
Negative: The bathroom needs some maintenance. The breakfast varieties were limited.
Positive: Location is good to access most spots by walking Raid is well equipped like a hotel standard Staffs are nice and helpful
Negative: Raid spread a lot of flower petals to everything for decoration, it would be better to skip it as I needed to spend time to remove one by one
Positive: The location for this Riad is exceptional with direct access by road. The staff is super courteous and extremely helpful. We had a WOW stay.
Positive: We visited 5 cities in Morocco, stayed at the Wow for 6 nights, and this was by far our favorite Riad. It is beautifully appointed, the staff is excellent, the breakfast was plentiful and the dinners were delicious. The terrace is especially lovely and inviting.

Positive: Immaculate, I literally felt like royalty staying here. It was like I was in a dream. The most romantic place I’ve ever stayed, and it was our final riad stay of my trip. I loved the others I stayed in as well but this one may have been the best. The breakfast spot is beautiful as well and I would recommend. Fatima Zahara at the front desk is so sweet and the bellhop was extremely kind in hailing us a taxi. I wish this was my home!!!! I would be overjoyed to stay here again. Shukran bezeff!!

Negative: the choice of food at the restaurant was limited - but there are only 12 rooms so it is understandable. and the service very kind but slow . but we enjoyed the calm and the nice rooftop.
Positive: Superb! Close to city center and you can get there by car! Silence area -> that was SUPER Beautiful room and staff super gentle
Negative: Only 1 note is that shower sometime was hot&cold
Positive: The breakfast was exceptional as was the service in the beautiful white and glass rooftop garden. This was silly stunning. I enjoyed having the onsite steam and massage and mani - pedi services. The colors of the interior and rooms were lovely. My room had a sprinkling of rose petals which made for a festive occasion. The front desk helped me get my laundry done overnight and communicated with my driver to facilitate pick-up.
Positive: Very authentic style, marrocaine decoration. It's clean place with perfect location.
Negative: It's like all riads there is no windows with fresh air.
Positive: The staff was great. Unfortunately my wife caught the flu while traveling so one day she stayed in bed. The staff brought tea with honey and lemon. To say the folks there were great is an understatement. THEY WERE EXCEPTIONAL. No better place to stay in Marrakesh than the Riad Wow.

Positive: perfect stay. great location. cool and fun decorated hotel. big room, all works very good. but the best is very human and kind affection from everyone. especially Fatima the receptionist, she is awesome.
