Negative: "Terrible Stay!" I had an awful experience at this hotel, and we will never go back, not even in a lifetime! 1- The bathroom and toilet were a nightmare. The sink was at the height of a 6-year-old child, so you had to bend down almost to your waist to use it! The sink was super small, and water kept splashing everywhere. The shower holder was broken when we arrived, so you had to hold the shower with one hand and use shampoo with the other to shower! On the second day, they fixed the shower, but it was still stiff, and instead of the water coming down on you, it splashed against the wall. 2- The room’s ventilation was terrible, and it made me catch a cold and get a fever of 39°C on the first night. I spent the rest of the trip in the hospital getting treatment! The windows wouldn’t close properly, and cold air kept coming in from the gaps. Plus, because the windows didn’t shut completely, all the outside noise also kept coming in. 3- The air conditioner in the room was broken and worked intermittently. Every hour or so, instead of warm air, it would blow cold air! At night, I would wake up freezing when the AC stopped working, and we’d have to keep restarting it several times to avoid freezing!” 4- In my opinion, the location is also terrible because there is a nightclub right below the hotel, and at 3 am, young people are partying right below the hotel, so you can't sleep! It's terrible! 5- The bathroom smells so bad that it can't be fixed! 6- The safe door was broken and they had to give me the master key. 7- The WiFi is intermittent and disconnects every few minutes, and when it is connected, its speed is extremely slow. Unfortunately, because we were so cold and had so much luggage, we couldn't change our hotel, but I would not recommend this hotel at all.
